Meridian
A calm, private journal for people on prescribed stimulant medication. Log a dose, and see an estimate of your own patterns across the day.
Observe your own patterns.
You log a dose: the medication, the amount, and the time. From those entries Meridian draws a curve that estimates how much active stimulant a simplified model would place in your system across the day, against reference bands you set yourself.
Beside the curve, it keeps how each day actually felt. Its purpose is to help you observe and learn your own patterns over time. Nothing more.
Everything you enter stays on your device. Meridian runs no servers, shows no ads, and has no way to see what you record. There is no account and no login.
Meridian is not a medical device. It gives no medical advice and no dosing recommendations. Every number is a mathematical estimate, not a measurement. Always follow your prescriber. Never change how, when, or how much you take because of anything Meridian shows you.
Your day, charted
One line per dose, a bold line for the total, against bands you set: too little, your range, too much. Drag to read any moment.
Moments
Capture how a single instant feels, from pleasant to unpleasant. It lands on the curve at that point of the day.
How the day felt
Six ratings and a note per day: focus, energy, mood, crash, sleep, appetite. Over time, the record shows how your days differed.
Test mode
Model a different time, dose, or medication in a sandbox, before discussing it with your prescriber. Nothing is saved unless you keep it.
Reminders that fit
Fixed times, after your last dose, or when your estimated level is about to dip. A sleep guard keeps evenings quiet.
On your wrist
An Apple Watch app with five crown-paged screens, plus complications and Smart Stack widgets.
Widgets and Siri
Your curve and one-tap logging from the home and lock screen. Ask Siri in English or French.
A library you control
28 editable presets covering common stimulant medications. Add one from a photo of the box, read on the device.
Apple Health sync (State of Mind) is optional and off by default. Optional iCloud sync stays in your own private iCloud. Export everything to JSON or CSV whenever you like.
MeridianDesk, the consultation companion.
MeridianDesk is a Mac app for the prescriber's side of the desk. Import a patient's Meridian export, or build a regimen by hand, and review the same estimated curves the patient sees during a consultation. Every output is an estimate for you to evaluate, never a dose recommendation. It is read-only and local-only: patient files stay on your Mac.
A patient library
Each patient is a local file with an avatar, profile, and regimen history. Open two windows to compare similar cases side by side.
The estimated curve
The same pharmacokinetic model as the app, per dose and overall, against thresholds you set per patient and per class.
Test mode
Model a different time, dose, or medication against the current regimen before you discuss it. A what-if, never a recommendation.
Built for the clinic
An editable medication catalogue, structured regimen entry, prescription import from a photo, and patients you are seeing today shown on top.
MeridianDesk is offered to prescribers and other qualified healthcare professionals. Tell us a little about you and we will send the download link once we have confirmed you are a provider. The app is not yet publicly downloadable.
Submitting opens your email app with a message to contact@aubora.co. We use your address only to reply. A universal build runs on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs (macOS 14 Sonoma or later).
Meridian is in beta ahead of its App Store release. For any question, write to contact@aubora.co.
